You may hear some DressLily customers said that it has been over one month, but they still have not received their order.
Please note that we are located in China. It is an international transportation. If you choose regular mail, which will take 15-35 business days for it to be delivered to you. It is normal for international transportation to takes one month.
If you have not received your order over one month, what should you do?
In this case, you can check your order information first. What should you check?
Please check what shipping method you chose for the order.
Since different shipping methods take different times.
- If you chose the Standard shipping method or expedited shipping method. You can check the package tracking information by yourself. If you found something is abnormal in your package tracking information, please contact DressLily customer service promptly. You can submit a ticket on DressLily support center or send an email to support@DressLily.com directly. How to find support center on the DressLily website. 2) If you chose the flat rate shipping method, that is regular mail or postal mail, it is a slow delivery which may take one month. When you chose this method, you have to check whether you have paid the tracking number fee.
<1> If you have paid the tracking number fee, you can check the package tracking information by the racing number and tracking website which DressLily sent to you by email when your order has been shipped out. Once you find there is any abnormal in your tracking information, you are free to contact DressLily customer service. Like the way, we said in the last paragraph.
<2> If you have not paid the tracking number fee, please do not be worried. In this case, we will suggest you wait for a little patiently for your order to reach to you. For the postal mail, the shipping company offers us two months delivery deadline. If you still can not receive the order after two months from the shipping date, this package may regard lost on the way. Please contact the DressLily customer service for this issue. They will resend a new one for you or refund to you.
